Capabilities

Advanced Processing & Finishing

Sandwich Composites

Sandwich Composites

Multiple nonwoven layers combined and bonded into customized sandwich structures, integrating various material advantages into a single finished product.

Partial Thermal Consolidation

Partial Thermal Consolidation

Targeted thermal treatment to precisely control strength and dimensional stability across current product range.

Robotic Precision Die-Cutting

Robotic Precision Die-Cutting

Automated robotic punching transforms rolls into precision-cut components. Die-cutting sizes from 5–40 mm and integrated weight control with 10 mg accuracy guarantee consistent, customer-specific results.

In Progress · 2026

Fossil Free Consolidation — Commissioning 2026

Through the current installation of a fully electric consolidation oven, FIBTEX is replacing its existing gas-fired system. This investment expands the portfolio to include fully consolidated sandwich panels and completes the transition of thermal bonding to CO₂-neutral production. Targeted commissioning: Q3/Q4 2026.
